If you are a NEW SUBSCRIBER, you can choose which emails you would like to receive.

If you are ALREADY RECEIVING our emails, but would like to choose which ones you receive, once you enter your email address, you will be sent a private email (for security reasons) and be able to login to make these changes.

INTRUCTIONS:

1. Click on the mapmyride link in Ride Announcement email
   Use navigation arrows in upper left hand corner to examine course.
   + sign enlarges map
   - sign shrinks map
   Arrows move you along course
   Follow along route, gray circle indicates milage.
   
   Turn by turn cheat sheets can be developed by hand from this map!
2. Also, if you have a garmin computer, you can load route onto garmin:
1. In upper left hand corner of map click on Route
2. Now click on ... GPS to garmin/crs
3. In red dialog box (export route to CRS/Garmin)/select tcx, click intended speed, click download data
4. In dialog box click SAVE
5. Save Map my ride file to desk top.
6. Open Garmin Training Center
7. Import file saved on desktop to garmin Training Center
8. After connecting garmon computer to your computer, Click on to device symbol (to device) & upload file onto garmin
9. Turn garmin on
10. Push menu button
11. Go to training & select
12. Go to courses & select
13. Highlight course & select
14. Click do course!
    
    At beginning of ride start time & go!

1. Sign up & open a YouTube account for free. (you can also use your google account)
2. Sign in then ... Search cycleclubkingston (all 1 word) or go to the link above.
3. Next to any cycleclubkingston video, click on the small blue cycleclubkingston link (not the title of the video, the link below the title and description).
   This brings you to our cycleclubkingston youtube site!
4. Now you can subscribe to cycleclubkingston VIDEOS
   (click upper right corner of video box) and recieve notification of any new video posted.
   Note: you can unsubscribe at any time!
5. You can subscribe to cycleclubkingston FAVORITES
   (click upper right hand corner of favorites box)
   and be notified anytime a favorite video is added.
